Creating your DK11 account, login, verification and settings
Go to dk11.link/register and fill in the form — your Pakistani mobile number (10 digits without the leading 0), full name as on your CNIC, date of birth and a secure password. Tick the Terms and Conditions box and hit Create Account. DK11 sends an OTP to your mobile to verify your number, and your account is active immediately. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use any DK11 service. DK11 enforces this at registration and may request a copy of your CNIC for age verification at any point, particularly before processing larger withdrawal amounts. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and deposits returned.
No. DK11 enforces a strict one account per person policy. Each player may hold exactly one account, identified by their mobile number, name and payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once is treated as fraud and results in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
On the DK11 login page click Forgot password? below the password field. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and DK11 will send a password-reset OTP. Enter the 6-digit code, set a new password and you're back in. Alternatively, use the Login with OTP option to bypass the password entirely — a fresh code is sent to your mobile every time.
After five consecutive failed login attempts DK11 locks your account temporarily for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If you're still locked out, email support@dk11.link with your registered mobile number and DK11 support will verify your identity and unlock the account.
A mobile number change requires identity verification to prevent unauthorised takeovers. Log in, go to Account Settings, and submit a number-change request. DK11 support verifies your identity — typically within 24 hours — and updates your number. If you've already lost access to the old number, contact support@dk11.link with your CNIC details for manual verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT, Visa/Mastercard and PKR transactions
DK11 accepts the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No crypto or foreign currency transactions are accepted.
The minimum deposit at DK11 is Rs 500 via Easypaisa or JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfers the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard accounts, though higher deposits may require additional KYC verification. All amounts are in PKR.
Withdrawal processing times at DK11 vary by method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are usually processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. IBFT bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take 3–5 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. DK11 may request a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) as part of standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing larger withdrawals. The minimum single bet on DK11 sports betting is Rs 100. Accumulator (parlay) bets have a minimum stake of Rs 200. There is no maximum bet displayed on markets — for very large stakes DK11 may apply individual market limits. If your bet is partially accepted, the unmatched portion is returned to your account balance instantly.
